BW Semester Block Meal Plans for 2024-25 Academic Year
Baldwin Wallace semester block meal plans provide students with dining flexibility to meet student preferences. Meal swipes carry over from week to week during the semester, so students have all semester to use their meal swipes.
Each plan includes Dining Dollars that may be used for:
- All campus dining locations
- BW bookstores
- Printing kiosks
- Event tickets
- Parking fees
- Vending machines
- Off-campus dining partner locations

Semester Block Meal Plans
Prime Plan

Best value and most food! For students who eat regular meals. 336 meals per semester. This plan includes $200 Dining Dollars and 4 guest meals at Union Dining Hall.
Choice Plan
$3,113
Greater flexibility for students who may eat two meals a day. 224 meals per semester. This plan includes $200 Dining Dollars and 4 guest meals at Union Dining Hall.
Basic Plan
$2,759
Flexible meals and ability for students to manage their spending. 168 meals per semester. This plan includes $200 Dining Dollars and 4 guest meals at Union Dining Hall.
Senior Plan
$1,109
Greater flexibility for seniors who may have hectic schedules on and off campus. 80 meals per semester. This plan also provides $500 Dining Dollars.
Commuter Plan

For commuter students, this plan provides meals for students who may eat on campus 1-2 times per week. 25 meals per semester. Commuters are not required to purchase a meal plan, however, commuter students may purchase any of the meal plans.
Add-On Option
20 Block

Convenient option for students in the Prime, Choice or Basic plans to add an additional 20 meals during the semester.

Semester-to-Semester Carry Over
- Meals carry over from week to week during the semester, so students have all semester to use their meal swipes. Meals do not carry over from semester to semester.
- Dining Dollars carry over from fall semester to spring semester. They do not carry over from spring semester to fall semester.
- Jacket Pay Dollars, as part of a student's Jacket Express Card, can be used at all BW dining locations, off-campus dining partners, campus stores, printing kiosks and more. Jacket Pay Dollars are not included as part of any meal plan package. Jacket Pay Dollars carry over year to year until the student graduates or withdraws from BW. Any unused funds are nonrefundable once the student graduates or withdraws from BW.

Dining Locations
Union Dining Hall
The Union is the main dining hall, located on South Campus in the Student Union, it is open seven days a week when classes are in session. Options include comfort foods, fresh greens and salads, house made soups, pizza, pasta and delicious desserts. Fresh favorites from the grill include burgers, chicken, tenders and fries. Specialty stations offer foods with international flare along with an allergen friendly zone, and vegan and vegetarian choices.

Colony Café
Located in the Student Union on the main floor, the Colony Café is a casual dining restaurant for students, faculty, staff and the local community. The Colony Café serves lunch and dinner, offering a variety of soups, salads, gourmet sandwiches and deli wraps, fresh bakery and a variety of snacks.

Lang Dining Hall
Lang Dining Hall is located in the heart of North Quad in the lower level of Lang Hall, serving breakfast and lunch. Lang offers a multiple food stations for your convenience. Place your order and one of our chefs will prepare your food.

Smoothie Bar
The Smoothie Bar is located in the Lou Higgins Recreation Center on the first floor (in the Harding Lobby). After having an exhilarating workout, treat yourself to a refreshing smoothie, made with fresh fruit and other natural ingredients.

Located on Front Street in the University Market building adjacent to The Buzz on Front campus store is a full-service campus Starbucks.

Stinger's Fresh Food Market
Located in the Center for Innovation & Growth. Stinger's is a retail location featuring convenience foods and grocery items.
